Maximum Living “Skirt Drop” Cocktail
This cocktail was specially developed and crafted for Maximum Living by Paul Bassert at the Thompson Hotel Seattle Rooftop bar, “The Nest”. It’s the perfect blend of sophistication and fun, a twist on a lemon drop with a splash of ginger that redefines a summer cocktail. Don’t miss the experience!
- 1 ½ ounce Ketal One
- 1/3 ounce Intense Ginger Liquor
- 1/2 ounce St. Germain
- 1/3 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/3 ounce simple syrup
- Martini Shaker
Chill coupe glass until frosted, then rim on side and halfway down with fine sugar. Next add all liquid ingredients to martini shaker then fill remaining space in shaker with ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain mixture into chilled coupe glass, add a lemon twist and serve.
