Maximum Living Strawberry Smoothie

Whether you are looking for a boost to start the morning, or a refreshing respite from the afternoon heat, our Maximum Living Strawberry Smoothie is just the thing you need!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (can also use frozen)
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup strawberry yogurt
  • ½ of fresh banana
  • 8 ice cubes, 6 if your using frozen strawberries
  • Straws

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in blender, and if you like your smoothies a little less thick, gently add milk through hole in the lid while blending to reach desired consistency.
  2. Serve in a glass with a straw.

Decorative paper straws look great, and work well as they tend to be a little wider than typical plastic straws, making the smoothie easier to drink
