1 Cup Milk
10 fresh strawberries
1 Large Frozen Banana
¾ Cup Rolled Oats
1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla
2 tablespoons raw peanuts
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
If smoothie is to frozen, gently add cool water to mixture while blending to reach desired consistency.If you want a more frozen texture add ice cubes while blending to reach desired consistency. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy healthy goodness!
