- 1 Cup Milk
- 10 fresh strawberries
- 1 Large Frozen Banana
- ¾ Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 teaspoon Madagascar vanilla
- 2 tablespoons raw peanuts
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- If smoothie is to frozen, gently add cool water to mixture while blending to reach desired consistency.If you want a more frozen texture add ice cubes while blending to reach desired consistency. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy healthy goodness!
