Maximum Living Strawberry Smoothie
Whether you are looking for a boost to start the morning, or a refreshing respite from the afternoon heat, our Maximum Living Strawberry Smoothie is just the thing you need!
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (can also use frozen)
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt
- ½ of fresh banana
- 8 ice cubes, 6 if your using frozen strawberries
- Blend all ingredients together in blender, and if you like your smoothies a little less thick, gently add milk through hole in the lid while blending to reach desired consistency.
- Serve in a glass with a straw.
Decorative paper straws look great, and work well as they tend to be a little wider than typical plastic straws, making the smoothie easier to drink
