There's no better way to beat the summer heat than cooling down with a frozen margarita. Let the Maximum Living Strawberry Mango-Rita take you away to the sandy beaches of Cancun!



  • 2 cups mango chunks

  • 1 ½ cup halved strawberries, stems removed

  • ¾ cup tequila

  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice

  • 2 tablespoons Cointreau (or your favorite orange liqueur)

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 4 cups ice cubes

  • 4 lime wedges

  • Sea Salt


  1. In blender, place all ingredients except lime wedges and salt. Cover; blend on medium speed until smooth and thick.

  2. Rub rims of 4 CHILLED margarita glasses with lime wedge; dip rims of each glass into sea salt. Divide margarita mixture evenly among glasses. Serve immediately with lime and strawberry wedge.
