Sometimes it's all about options, and this time is no exception. Our Maximum Living 3-way burgers are so tasty, you'll have a hard time choosing one as your favorite. And we bet you’ll want to make all three, over and over again!

Bleu Cheese Burger

  • 3lbs lean ground beef (3lbs makes six 1/2 pound patties)

  • 5 ounces bleu cheese crumbles

  • ½ cup finely chopped fresh chives

  • ½ tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned pepper

  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes

  • 1 tsp dry mustard

  • 1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt

Thousand Island Bacon Burger

  • 3lbs lean ground beef (3lbs makes six 1/2 pound patties)

  • ¾lbs finely chopped Applewood smoked bacon

  • ¾ cup finely chopped Walla Walla sweet onion

  • 2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tbsp garlic powder

  • 5 turns fresh ground black pepper

  • Lawry’s seasoned salt

  • 12 slices Pepper Jack or Medium White Cheddar Cheese

All ingredients are the same as above, just adjust the size of the hamburger patty to fit the size of your slider buns. For slider buns you can also use Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. YUM!

*I think you will love this dressing, but remember if you don’t have time to make it, you can always buy your favorite store-bought brand.

Directions for Making/Cooking Hamburgers

In a large bowl, for the Bleu Cheese burger add first 7 ingredients, for the Thousand Island Bacon Burger add first 6 ingredients. Blend ingredients thoroughly together in the bowl using your hands. Once blended cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1.5 hours to allow all flavors to develop and infuse. (Makes about 12 regular size patties)

I always like to brush the grill with vegetable oil first to prevent sticking. Next, I add the patties, sprinkle with Lawry’s seasoned salt and cook until desired warmth is achieved. A good rule of thumb is 5 minutes per side. Don’t flip more than once and don’t press juice out of patty while grilling.

If adding cheese slice, do so after grilling burger for 3 minutes on the flip side. Cook until melted, approximately 2 minutes. Remove and place onto a warm plate and cover with foil.

  • Onion buns or Kaiser Rolls are best for standard burgers, Kings Hawaiian rolls are my favorite for sliders.

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter

  • 2 tsp fresh minced garlic

In a small saucepan melt butter over low medium heat.  Once melted add crushed garlic.  Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes, remove from heat.  Brush inside of buns/rolls with garlic butter and grill until slightly toasted, remove and build your burger.

  • 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
