It’s summer salsa season, so let’s dip our chips into the flavor of the tropics! This recipe will have you dreaming of Polynesia in no time at all.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Navel Orange (2 large)
  • 1 cup Pineapple (1/2)
  • 1 cup Kiwi (4)
  • ½ cup small Jicama (1/2)
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh minced Jalapeno Peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup Red Onion chopped (3/4)
  • ⅛ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp. Salt
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips

Preparation

  1. Remove skins from fruit.
  2. Cut orange, pineapple, jicama and kiwi in same diced shape (about ½ to ¾ inch diced)
  3. Combine all ingredients (except chips) into a mixing bowl and mix.
  4. Serve in a carved-out pineapple with tortilla chips, and you'll be ready to start your island vacation!
